SERIAL killer creepy Anthony Sowell should be sentenced to death for the vicious rapes and murders of 11 women, a jury has decided.
The twisted former marine lured his victims to his Cleveland OH, apartment promising booze and crack cocaine, but after smoking the drug himself, he turned, violently raping and beating them before strangling them to death. 
Then he buried them in his garden, but he soon ran out of room, so instead of disposing of them elsewhere, he just kept the body parts in his condo, wrapped in plastic sheets or dumped in garbage bags.
The 52-year-old didn't testify during his trial and barely offered any explanation when quizzed by cops, other than he told them he got angry if his victims told him they had children.
He said: “One thing that always made me mad was they had kids. That’s a big thing in my head.” 
Jurors deliberated a total of seven hours before reaching a decision, although the final sentence will be up to Judge Dick Ambrose, who can reduce a death penalty sentence to life without chance of parole.
That will be done at a later date. 
Sowell was convicted of 82 counts, including aggravated murder, rape, attempted murder and kidnapping, for the 11 murders and attacks on three women who survived.

COUNSELOR ALLISON HARGRAVE RAPED TEEN GIRL

A PERVERTED female school counselor who 'picked the most vulnerable' girl in her school to rape has been sentenced to 30-years behind bars.
Dr Allison Hargrave targetted her 14-year-victim after she went to her for help with depression and suicidal feelings at Ascension Episcopal School in Lafayette, GA.
U.S. Attorney Stephanie Finley said that by that fall of 2009 she began sending the victim text messages and emails "graphically discussing engaging in sexual activities with the minor and making plans to meet the minor to engage in the sexual activities."
Then during the fall of 2009, Hargrave "raped the minor female in a medical office in Lafayette,"  continuing to sexually exploit the victim
into January 2010.
She added: "She was counseling two other children at the time. She picked the most vulnerable person. She picked her victim."
U.S. District Judge Richard Haik clearly agreed, telling the 40-year-old that he'd considered giving her life imprisonment, before settling on 30 years in prison followed by 20 years of supervised release, The Daily Advertiser reports.
He told her: "I wanted to, but I just couldn't justify it. Thirty years is a long, long time. You manipulated, and you played the game. And you lost."
Haik also ordered Hargrave to pay $279,454 in restitution to the victim.

A PERVERT judge forced himself on a prostitute he'd booked, so she set up a video camera and caught him raping her again, cops say.
New Mexico District Judge Albert "Pat" Murdoch, known for his straight talking style, allegedly booked the hooker from a prostitution website about eight times, paying her $200 each time.
But after he forced himself on her, performing oral sex on her at least two times, she recorded him on a hidden camera.
According to KOAT when she hinted about the possibility of someone making allegations against him, the judge allegedly told her he would use the police and his connections to take care of the situation.

Police Deputy Chief Paul Feist said cops had paid $400 for the video, allegedly showing Murdoch with the prostitute.

He said: "Anytime, anybody, it doesn't matter whether it's a prostitute or if it was anybody whatsoever. If somebody says something is unwanted at that moment, that behavior and those actions need to stop.
"This was an ongoing investigation over a not very long period of time when information came to our attention and it is a continuing investigation now. We are still trying to determine if there were other people involved or other locations."
Murdoch is out on bond. His first court appearance is Thursday.
According to KRQE, Murdoch has presided over several controversial cases, and earlier this year sentenced a former Albuquerque police officer to probation after the officer, who was on duty at the time, was convicted of raping a suspect.

MEET the most evil man in America: Lenny Love Jr. Love, 29, told cops he was HIV positive when he allegedly raped a 6-month-old baby. Now, people from around the world are furious the sick monster is only be charged with rape and are calling the Silverton, Ohio PD to protest.
One caller from Mississippi said he wanted to kill Lenny Love: "Yes. Ya'll should charge dude with murder. Ya'll should kill his ---. I'll kill him if I ever see him."
Another added: "I'm disgusted as a parent and as a teacher. These kids come to us. They survive and they're just messed up from the very beginning."
According to cops, Love marched into the police station Saturday and
confessed to the crime.

Police say Love walked into the police station after someone encouraged him to do so.
Investigators say he confessed to the crime Saturday night. He's being held on a $200,000 bond.
The baby is receiving medical treatment.

SOUTH PARK NUT ISAIAH KALEBU BARRED FROM TRIAL

A MAN'S TRIAL for rape and murder had to take place without him present in court l after he repeatedly disrupted proceedings with profane outbursts. Isaiah Kalebu, 25,  from the South Park area Seattle, was removed from the courtroom  and restrained in a different room in the courthouse.  King County Superior Court Judge Michael Hayden took the unusual action when Kelebu ignored directions to remain silent during proceedings and continually yelled expletives.
Crazy Kalebu was able to watch the trial via
closed circuit TV.  He is charged with aggravated murder, attempted murder, rape and burglary in what prosecutors are calling a random attack.  Kalebu is accused of raping Teresa Butz and her partner over a two-hour period before slashing their throats.  Butz, who died in the attack managed to create a diversion that enabled her partner to escape.  Her dying words to neighbours who found her were, "he told us if we did what he asked us to do, he wouldn't hurt us. He lied, he lied."

ANNE PRESSLY'S KILLER HAS APPEAL TURNED DOWN

THE CRAZED killer who brutally raped and murdered a Little Rock TV anchorwoman lost his appeal against his conviction.
Gorgeous Anne Pressly didn't stand a chance as vicious Curtis Lavell Vance attacked her as she slept, smashing her in the head twice and then sexually assaulting her - something he later admitted to cops.
She died without regaining consciousness.
But despite his admission at the time he's now claiming that his statements should have been suppressed because he did not knowingly waive his right to have a lawyer present.
He added police coerced him into confessing by talking about “a mob of people outside the jailhouse waiting to just explode,” among other intimidating comments.
He also argued that a saliva sample he gave to police should not have been admitted at his trial because he gave it after police illegally seized him from his Marianna, AK residence and took him to the police station without arresting him.
Needless to say the supreme court disagreed with his assertions, writing that they concurred with the original decision.

THE CALIFORNIA COUPLE who kept Jaycee Dugard as a sex slave for nearly 20 years will never likely see the outsie of prison walls again. The sick pair--who both earlier pleaded guilty to kidnapping nand rape--were sentenced yesterday.
Phillip Garrido, 60, and his wife Nancy, 55, were hammered with prison terms of 431 years to life and 36 years to life respectively. Described as a "sexual predator" who stole two decades of Jaycee's life, Garrido was also castigated for the torture he put the child's mother through during her long absence.

Her mom Terry Probyn asked the court: "How could someone take away the one person in the world I loved so deeply? Where is she? Is she hungry? Is she cold? Is she hurt? My baby was gone and all my dreams turned to nightmares. She was a vulnerable child and I was unable to help her. 
"During 18 years away, I could hear her crying, not with my ears, but with my heart. I could feel her pain, not with my body, but with my heart.... I lived in hell on earth. It was you Nancy Garrido and Phillip Garrido that broke my heart."

Dugard, now 31, was walking to a bus stop in view of her South Lake Tahoe home June 10, 1991, when she was snatched off the street in front of her horrified stepdad. After that, she became their sexual plaything, impregnated by Garrido when she was just 14.

Michelle Lynne Kosilek's mouthpiece filed a plea last week in before U.S. District Court Chief Judge Mark L. Wolf, charging that a May 20 decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals in Boston for inmate Sandy Jo Battista supports Kosilek’s similar claims of cruel and unusual punishment by the Department of Correction, The Boston Herald reports. OK, let's get this straight: the ruling says the DOC can't use safety concerns, you know, stuff like sexual assault as an excuse for the no hormones rule. Battista remains a male but lives as a woman.

Battista, 49, born David Megarry Jr., has been labelled a sexually dangerous person since 2003. He was convicted in 1983 of kidnapping a 10-year-old girl from Medway, raping her and stealing the money she’d earned selling fudge. Kosilek, 62, who was born Robert Kosilek, is serving life for the 1990 strangulation of his wife Cheryl Kosilek in Mansfield.

LUKE WRIGHT GUILTY IN RAPE, TORTURE OF HALF-SISTER

REMEMBER twisted Luke Wright? Well, old Luke of Buffalo, NY is just about as sick as they come. Luke was convicted of raping, torturing and sodomizing his 23-year-old mentally disabled half-sister, Laura Cummings. He was not convicted of murder but his mother, Eva Cummings was, and she's now serving a 52 years to life sentence. Cops have called the revolting case one of the most disgusting they've ever seen and admitted
that in his way, Wright was also the victim of a vicious, depraved mother.
Chief prosecutor Thomas Finnerty said: "But he knew it was wrong. The fact that he had been abused in the past, the fact that he's mildly mental retarded, despite he was raised by a wicked, evil person, none of those are criminal defenses."

Both of Luke Wright's brothers testified against him in his trial. Edward Overmoyer is starting a new life, leaving behind the "house of horrors" he has known for years. Edward said, "It was really difficult sitting there telling everybody the family secrets and everything else and what I have done."
Edward moved out of the "house of horrors" on Sherman Avenue, where the family slept on sofas, chairs, or the floor. Laura was often tied to a kitchen chair. Now, for the first time he can remember, Edward is sleeping in his own bed.
The family hold their mother responsible for torturing and murdering Laura and believe Eva drew Luke Wright in as accomplice, and ruined their lives, in which they had few friends and were constantly ridiculed. Richard said: "Weren't allowed to have maybe $2 in our pocket to go get the candy bar that we wanted or if we wanted to go out to see our friends, we didn't have much time to do that."

TWISTED TEEN RAPED LITTLE BOY WITH A LIGHTSABER

A TWISTED teen raped a nine-year-old boy with a toy light saber and then forced another child to rape the victim, cops say.
Perverted Javier Enrique Perez was supposedly being watched at a home with several other children ranging in age from 8 to 19 years old.
But with no adults in site he sexually assaulted the boy in the kitchen by pushing him over the kitchen table and holding him down.
Then raped the boy with a toy light saber as the victim screamed in pain and attempted to struggle.Worse still, he then forced an eight-year-old boy to take part in the vicious attack.
When the boy's mother came to pick him up, he told her what happened.
Perez, now 19, from Riverside CA will be sentenced in July after being found guilty by a jury of one felony count of sexual penetration by foreign object by force, one felony count of aggravated sexual assault of a child, and two felony counts of forcible lewd acts on a child.
He faces up to 30 years to life in state prison when he's sentenced.

TINA ANDERSON: SORRY TO CHURCH FOR BEING RAPED

IT HAS been a blong time coming but Tina Anderson may finally get justice. You remember her? She claims she was raped and impregnated when she was 15-years-old by a member of her church. Church members were furious, right? Well sort of. They were angry with her and she was made to read a letter of apology to the congregation of Trinity Baptist Church in Concord, New Hampshire.
Church elder Ernest Willis, now 52, has confessed to having sex with Anderson but says it was consensual. But cops believe her and say he raped her twice in her home in 1997.
Church leaders made her apologize and sent away to Colorado by Pastor Charles Phelps to foil a police probe. She gave birth in Colorado
and put the baby up for adoption. A local detective reignited the case last year. Anderson, now 29, is married and has three children in Arizona.
She asked to be ID'd publicly to draw attention to her case. She said: "It needs to be done."

DUMB OKIE HOODS TATTOO 'RAPEST' ON INNOCENT MAN

HOW DO you spell pervert? Why, it spelled "RAPEST." At least that's how they spell it in Oklahoma. Cops in the Sooner State were horrified after a quartet of vigilante's pinned down Stetson Johnson, 18, and tattooed "RAPEST" on his forehead and attacked his genitals with a stun gun before pummeling him with a baseball bat. The four said Johnson--who has learning disabilities--tried to have sex with one of the women but cops say there was zero evidence of that.
Poor Stetson (cool name) said the April 17 attack began when he was thrown to the ground and then kicked in the face "dozens of times."
He said: "I was screaming. It was hurting," he said. "After they kicked me in the face I said, 'Oh my God, they're going to kill me.'" The quartet are being held without bail but haven't been charged.
Stetson, according to cops, has the mentality of a 5-year-old and now has trouble breathing and seeing out of one eye.
