SOME people just shouldn't have children, especially not this Dallas woman who forced her six-year-old daughter to repeatedly record her having group sex.
The names of the woman and her daughter are being withheld because Crime Scene USA doesn't usually identify victims of sexual crimes and naming the mom might lead to the daughter's name coming out. 
But what this mom did beggars belief.
According to the Dallas Morning News court documents state that after the girl "detailed filming and taking photographs” of her mother engaged in sexual acts with men, the mom admitted her crime. 
She “explained that there were three separate incidents involving six men” that her daughter recorded, adding that “it was her idea to have [her daughter] make the recordings with a cellphone video recorder."
Needless to say, Child Protective Services placed the child in foster care and is conducting its own investigation.
The girl is physically OK, CPS spokeswoman Marissa Gonzales said, adding that this was at least the second time the agency has had contact with the mother.
She was also investigated around the time her daughter was born because of concerns that the woman may have been using drug.
Neither the mother nor the baby tested positive for any drugs and that case was closed in 2004.
The woman has now been charged with indecency with a child by exposure, a third-degree felony punishable by up to ten years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

A disgusting couple who had sex in a public pool in front of shocked kids and parents have turned themselves into police. 
Myron Helms, 33, and Victoria Cross, 40, were certainly old enough to know better and they didn't seem to care that dozens of people were watching them as they did it for around 30 minutes in Roberts Park Family Pool in Connersville, Indiana, last Sunday, police said.
One concerned adult stood nearby the couple: "to make sure her children didn’t get too close to the subjects," a police report said.
After multiple complaints, pool manager Cindy Schwab approached the couple and asked them to stop the alleged act.
According to the Connersville Police Department report, Cross - a reserve police a with a neighboring department  - then moved away from Helms, which was when "she could see the male’s penis."
Police noted that, “All the witnesses were visibly disturbed by the incident.”
Daryl Drew of Connersville Sports and Activities said the pool was cleared, workers recycled the water system and fresh chemicals were put in.
The couple have been charged with public indecency after going to the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department, reports The Smoking Gun. 
Authorities were called and issued Helms and Cross no-trespass orders at the scene.  

Helms, a part-time officer at Laurel Police Department for several years, but has been suspended without pay pending the investigation.

NICOLA YATES BUSTED FOR SEX WITH DAD - AGAIN

A LONG lost daughter who described her favorite pastime as "sex, sex and more sex," on Facebook has been busted for sleeping with her biological father - again. 
Six-years ago Brit, Nicola Yates, 26 tracked down her real dad Andrew Butler, 46, using the family tracing website Genes Reunited and discovered she had been living just streets away from him in Birmingham. 
Not long after a "highly charged, emotional reunion" six years ago, suspicions were raised that there was more to the relationship than met the eye, especially after he ended a relationship with a woman nearer his age.
Horrified relatives were later appalled to discovered the pair had become illicit lovers and cops moved in and busted the pair and Yates was given a community order for 18-months and Butler received four months in jail. 
But in 2008 the pair started up their affair again and her family became increasingly suspicious when she refused to introduce her "new boyfriend" to them. 
It is now known that the daughter and dad were secretly living together.

Around the same time fun-loving Nicola updated her social networking sites, revealing a string of intimate facts about herself including that her favourite pastime was 'sex, sex, and more sex'.
Their relationship was eventually uncovered when Yates sister Natalie, 19, discovered sexual phone pictures and when she showed them to their mother, who is said to have exclaimed in horror: "That's my ex-husband."
The pair will now be sentenced for a second time for the same charge next month.

PERVERT PEDIATRICIAN MADE 'HOW TO' MOLEST BOOK

A PERVERT pediatrician accused of videotaping himself while he sexually abused young female patients made a "how-to-book" on molestation called "Sex" cops say. Dr Rakesh Punn allegedly drugged his victims, some of whom were as young as 11, and blindfolded them during the assaults. 
Nassau County District Attorney Kathleen Rice has said most of Punn's patients were Indian and that as a physician he held a revered position in that community, where parents would trust him to examine their children in private. She added that after making them strip, he blindfolded them and placed them on the examining table, often giving them a sedative to knock them out. He would then videotape or photograph his sexual contact with them. In many instances, Punn would give the girls a sedative to render them
unconscious.
At other times, Punn allegedly placed a small digital camera among items on his desk and then recorded victims exposing their breasts.
Any pictures and video were then stored with the writings for his "book" which allegedly included his writings, plus passages from the ancient Indian sex manual, the Kama Sutra. 
He is also charged with making some of the girls sign a "contract" saying they were 18 years old and willing to perform numerous sexual acts. 
The 53-year-old  has pleaded not guilty Friday to a 60-count indictment charging him with sexual abuse, assault, promoting a sexual performance by a child and unlawful surveillance.
Punn also is charged with running a prescription scam for obtaining chloral hydrate, a controlled substance that Nassau County Assistant District Attorney Jane Zwirn-Turkin described as a "date-rape" drug.
County Court Judge William O'Brien agreed with prosecutor's assertions that he may be a flight risk, setting a $10 million bond or $5 million cash bail.

The terrorized teen told cops she had moved into an apartment with Morris, 28, and his wife Tranace. After a while, she was held against her will. The teen admitted engaging in consensual sex with the gruesome twosome but now officials say he contracted HIV from Ricahrd.
Cleveland cops and the FBI had visited the apartment looking for the girl but the degenerate duo always managed to hide her.

Prosecutor Bill Mason said: "They had her hiding under like a pull-away couch in which she was hidden from view of the police when the bed was back in, she was in just a little compartment there."
They even went so far as to install surveillance cameras. The kinky couple are now targets of a 14-count indictment--including kidnapping and felonious assault.
Mason added that the girl had even become pregnant. He said: "She ended up pregnant. They ended up taking her to Detroit, with false identification, and having an abortion so she aborted the child as a result of this." The girl is now undergoing counseling and medical treatment. The third passenger also denied being the driver.
Whatever was happening in that car, it cost Trad $22,000 in court after a Fairfax, VA county court awarded the taxi driver he smashed into, Abdu Omar, substantial damages.

It was substantially less that the $75,000 he'd asked for but he Omar told The Washington Post he was pleased with the jury's decision.
He said: "They helped me with my problem, so I'm happy." 
We'd suggest he try a more Trad-itional excuse next time.

SHE may have been caught with a semi nude 17-year-old male student in her car, but astonishingly teacher Carrie Shafer has not been charged with sex crimes. Instead the 38-year-old is facing a felony charge for custodial interference for keeping the teen after school without parental permission, according to the station. She also reportedly pleaded not guilty to unlawful transaction with a minor for providing the teen with alcohol, a misdemeanor.
Louisville Metro Police spokesperson Dwight Mitchell told WLKY: "Upon further investigation (at the time) it appeared to be some used condoms and some wet wipes were outside the vehicle that appeared to come from that vehicle at that point."
But despite initially claiming  Shafer could face a sex abuse charge - even if the
encounter was consensual and even though the teen was above the age of
consent, it seems she will not be charged. 
Shafer's attorney Brian Butler said this law may not have applied to Shafer's situation.
He added: "Yes, it's a teacher. Yes, it's a student, but their contact in the school setting was minimal, or not at all."
Shafer is scheduled for a hearing Monday morning.

TWO more Texas teacher have been busted for having sex with their students, making that three in just over a month. 

Cops picked up Angela New, 39, after she allegedly slept with an 18-year-old from her school a month before he was due to graduate. 

And April Alexander, 26, was jailed after being accused of having sex with a 16-year old student on more than 25 occasions. This follows the jailing of randy Brittni "Gang Bang" Colleps, who allegedly staged a sex orgy at her home while her serviceman husband was away on duty.

The mother of three is accused of inviting the boys to her home in Arlington, Texas, where she allowed their sex romps to be filmed on cell phone cameras.

In this latest round of arrests biology teacher Alexander was arrested at her home in Irving, Texas, after police received a tip off that she had been seeing one of her former students.

Cops believe she began a relationship with a former student two years ago.

She resigned from the school last November without giving a reason for her departure, but the teen told officers they'd had sex in her car. 

A day after her arrest, police in Gladewater, Texas, arrested 39-year old Angela New.

Hubbs was busted when the mother of one of the alleged victims said she found a topless photo of Hubbs on her son's cell phone.
But she claimed the first sexual encounter with the 14-year-old who was dating her daughter at the time was initiated by him, during a family vacation at a cabin.
She said she fell asleep with her two daughters and the boy in the same queen-sized bed.
"The next thing I know, you know, just kind of feeling around and I kind of knocked him, knocked him and it just kind of went on and I was exhausted and I just don't know what happened," Hubbs told the station.
"I didn't touch anything back. It was him. He started it."
Hubbs was sentenced in March to five years in state prison for four felony counts for having sex with two underage boys after pleading no contest i to one count of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor under 16 and three counts of committing lewd acts on a child.

How to have sex?

It depends what you mean by having sex. Having sex can sometimes mean a number of different sexual activities, but usually it means sexual intercourse.
