NICOLA YATES BUSTED FOR SEX WITH DAD - AGAIN

"SEXY"
A LONG lost daughter who described her favorite pastime as "sex, sex and more sex," on Facebook has been busted for sleeping with her biological father - again.
Six-years ago Brit, Nicola Yates, 26 tracked down her real dad Andrew Butler, 46, using the family tracing website Genes Reunited and discovered she had been living just streets away from him in Birmingham.
Not long after a "highly charged, emotional reunion" six years ago, suspicions were raised that there was more to the relationship than met the eye, especially after he ended a relationship with a woman nearer his age.
Horrified relatives were later appalled to discovered the pair had become illicit lovers and cops moved in and busted the pair and Yates was given a community order for 18-months and Butler received four months in jail.
But in 2008 the pair started up their affair again and her family became increasingly suspicious when she refused to introduce her "new boyfriend" to them.
It is now known that the daughter and dad were secretly living together.
Around the same time fun-loving Nicola updated her social networking sites, revealing a string of intimate facts about herself including that her favourite pastime was 'sex, sex, and more sex'.
Their relationship was eventually uncovered when Yates sister Natalie, 19, discovered sexual phone pictures and when she showed them to their mother, who is said to have exclaimed in horror: "That's my ex-husband."
The pair will now be sentenced for a second time for the same charge next month.

CAYLEE ANTHONY THE PRODUCT OF INCEST: LAWYER

PARTY MOM
WHO'S THE DADDY?
CASEY Anthony's lawyer sensationally claimed that both her dad or brother could have fathered of her daughter Caylee.
In the explosive start to their defense case lead defense lawyer Jose Baez suggested either her grandfather George or uncle Lee could have been Caylee's dad.
On the third anniversary of the tragic toddler's disappearance, he asked FBI analyst Heather Seubert if she had conducted a paternity test on Lee.   Furious prosecutor's immediately objected and Judge Belvin Perry quickly sent jurors to lunch.
He told Baez: "You are not to ask questions that will lead to an inference. I'm not even going to venture a guess as to your motivation."
But according to ABC Seubert revealed today that both of the men had been tested by the FBI and that both men had in fact, been excluded, although when the jury returned they heard that Lee Anthony's test came back negative.
But he did not ask the witness about the testing of George Anthony, leaving jurors in the dark as to the fact that George Anthony was in fact tested and excluded from being Caylee's father.
Astonishingly Seubert contradicted prosecution witnesses, testifying that pieces of Anthony's car did not test positive for blood and neither did any of her clothes.
Seubert also said that the "possible presence of blood" was detected on the Winnie the Pooh blanket and tattered shirt found with Caylee's remains, but there was not enough to be able to be certain.
The trial continues.

MAD ELEY LONDON TRIED TO HIRE HITMAN ON FACEBOOK

CRAZY LADY
A DUMB mom sought out a hitman to bump off her baby's father by posting a message in her Facebook status.
Furious Eley London, 20, wrote: “I will pay somebody a stack to kill my baby father,” after a furious argument  with Corey Jerome White.
Then she offered $1000 to anyone up for doing the job.
Even more shocking was the alleged first response from even dumber 18-year-old Tim Bynum who replied to London’s message saying he would carry out the hit as long as he was paid up front.
His mom saw the message and contacted her son, before letting cops know.
“Its shocking that people are just so stupid,” said Lieutenant John Walker.
London was arrested on June 10 and charged with conspiracy to commit murder and is now being held on $250,000 bail.
While Bynum was arrested on June 12 and charged with attempted murder and a weapons charge and is currently being held on $350,000 bail.

'RED BULL KILLER' STEPHEN COFFEEN NOT GUILTY

MENTAL
THE man dubbed the "Red Bull Killer" has astonishingly been found not guilty by reason of insanity in the murder of his father who he suffocated with a pillow.
Stephen Coffeen, 42, claimed the energy drink made him mentally unbalanced and along with sleep deprivation, meant he did not know what he was doing when he strangled his 83-year-old father, Robert Coffeen, a World War II veteran.
Circuit Judge Nancy Moate Ley told the Pinellas, FL courtroom: "At the time of the killing, the defendant did not understand the wrongfulness of his actions."
"He was suffering from a mental infirmity, disease or defect."
Citing reports filed by five doctors who concluded Coffeen was legally insane at the time he killed his father she added: "In all of my many years of experience, and a lot of homicide cases, I have never seen a situation that was so clear cut as far as everyone agreeing."

The defendant's brother, Thomas Coffeen, insists insanity had nothing to do with the slaying and maintains his brother has no history of mental illness.
He added that his brother killed their father because he was jealous of Thomas' success in life and that he feared that his sibling would return to hurt his family.
A court hearing on whether he should be released from the state hospital could be scheduled in six to seven months.

SHOT WITH CROSSBOW AFTER AR-ROW OVER PHONE

TALK about an overreaction.
A crazy daughter shot her father in the stomach with a crossbow after he took away her cellphone.
Tony Iovinelli was trying to discipline his tempestuous 15-year-old when she blasted him with the bolt, which could quite easily have killed him.
Then she took the phone back and refused refused to let her wounded father use the phone, forcing him to crawl to a neighbor's home in Tahuya, WA, Mason County sheriff's spokesman William Adam said.
Neighbor Dave Blackwood said: "It went straight sideways. It was parallel to his arm, right into his body."
"He said that he was in his house and all of a sudden, he felt something. And he was shot in the side of the chest, and it was his daughter.
He pushed her away and tried to get the phone and she evidently had taken it so he couldn't call 911."
The 35-year-old victim was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in serious condition.
The girl then ran from the home with the bow and at least 35 arrows, but was later found by a SWAT team in the woods behind her house.
The team surrounded the girl, and took her into custody without incident.

NANCY KERRIGAN'S BROTHER JAILED IN DAD'S DEATH

MORE TEARS
OLYMPIC figure skater Nancy Kerrigan's brother was sentenced to the maximum two-and-a-half year jail term for the assault that led to the death of their 70-year-old father.
Mark Kerrigan put his hands around Daniel Kerrigan's neck with such force that he broke cartilage in his father's larynx and triggered his heart failure after the pair fought in their Woburn, MA home.
He was acquitted of manslaughter but convicted of assault in his father's 2010 death. Tearfully, Nancy Kerrigan pleaded with the judge not to send him to jail, telling the him that her large family supported
her brother and calling his prosecution in the death of their father "a long and trying experience."
She said: "Any sentence for Mark would only serve to extend an unnecessary situation that already seems as if it has been never-ending.
"We ask that you please send him home with us today so that he can rejoin our family."
But the judge imposed the maximum penalty citing his lengthy criminal record and alcohol problem.
