CASEY ANTHONY 'IS RESPONSIBLE' FOR CAYLEE'S DEATH

RESPONSIBLE
PARTY MOM Casey Anthony may have been found not guilty by a jury but she "is responsible" for the death of her two-year-old daughter Caylee according to a report by Florida's Department of Children and Families.
The 25-year-old promiscuous felon, who was found to be the most hated person in America in a recent poll here was "neglectful" of her toddler investigators for the welfare agency found.
The damning report also concluded that she failed to protect Caylee by not reporting her disappearance in 2008 for more than a month and that failure interfered with the law enforcement investigation and efforts to find her child.

Damningly they also concluded that the tot died as a result of abuse or neglect, but the report said the agency was unable to substantiate that the toddler had died from asphyxiation.
DCF spokesman Joe Follick said: "The inactions by the mother were clearly failure to protect. As the child was found dead, obviously the failure to protect led to the death."
He added that the state agency is mandated to conduct reviews when there are allegations that a child dies as a result of abuse, abandonment or neglect.
The Orange County Sheriff's Office will not take any further action as a result of the report, Capt. Angelo Nieves told CNN.
He said: "This closes out the DCF case, and it does not create additional follow-up on our part."
Anthony has not been seen since she was spotted in Ohio which we reported here
Here parents George and Cindy did make an appearance at the spot where their granddaughter was killed on the day when Caylee would have turned six, which we reported here.
It remains to be seen whether she will give a media interview with her side of the story, after the astonishing case.

CASEY ANTHONY SNUBS MOM CINDY AT JAILHOUSE VISIT

BOZO
NO GO
PARTY mom Casey Anthony has refused the chance to build bridges with her own mother by snubbing her at a jail visit.
Cindy Anthony tried to reach out to her daughter, who will be released next week,  for the first time since she was sensationally cleared of murdering her toddler Caylee.
But instead Casey turned her away and refused to face her, telling her jailers that she didn't want to see her.
It's thought that George, her husband and Casey's father is furious that her lawyer suggested that both he and their son Lee has sexually abused her.
Jail spokesman Allen Moore told Reuters: "This morning under policy, Casey was told of the visit and she has declined the visit so it will not occur."
The snub came as it was revealed that Anthony will be only the second inmate in the past 15 years to not walk out the front door of the jail lobby when she is released on Sunday.
Instead a secret exit plan has been devised for her own protection, because it's feared people may try to attack her after the controversial.
A jail insider revealed: "The last thing we want is some nut attacking her, or worse and the strength of public feeling is such, that it was felt measures should be taken."
The only other inmate who got such special handling was Noelle Bush, daughter of then-Governor Jeb Bush and niece of then-President George W Bush, who the Secret Service believed could be targeted by terrorists.

PARTY MOM CASEY ANTHONY RELEASED NEXT WEEK

SO. READY. TO. PARTY.
CASEY Anthony will be a free woman next Sunday, corrections officials have revealed.
Although Judge Belvin Perry sentenced her to four years for lying to police officer's, she will be free if she wishes, to return to her hard partying ways, because she has already been behind bars for that length of time.
It is unclear what she plans to do with her life after the jury cleared her on first-degree murder and aggravated manslaughter charges in the death of her two-year daughter Caylee, Anthony.
The 25-year-old Anthony must decide whether to return to a
community in which many onlookers long ago concluded that she's a killer, or to a home strained by her defense attorneys' accusations of sexual abuse.

Legal commentator and all round expert, Steven Michael O'Grady said: "It's going to be tough wherever she goes, because so many people think she was guilty of Caylee's murder.
"She going to face people who are openly hostile because of the deep impact this case has made. It will be interesting to see if her family, and remember, her lawyer accused her father and her brother of sexually abusing her take her back."
Whatever Anthony decides, she has just over a week to come up with a plan after court officials gave her a projected release date of July 17, her 1007th day in jail due to credit for time served and good behavior.

DEATH THREATS FOR CASEY ANTHONY'S FAMILY

DEATH THREATS
CASEY Anthony's parents have been receiving death threats since their daughter was cleared of murder yesterday.
Their attorney Mark Lippman said they were currently being guarded by Orange County Sheriff's, from members of the public, furious that their daughter had appeared to escape justice for the killing of her daughter Caylee. He added that they were surprised at the verdict and they had not spoken to their daughter since their daughter had been cleared, but imagined they would do at some point.
He told GMA: "You can never tell what a jury is going to do. They were shocked that the jury didn't find any sort of evidence against her
even though the state did a fantastic job."

He added: "My client George Anthony and Lee Anthony never molested her. Certainly George had nothing to do with moving the body and the rest of the things the defense said about my clients in particular never happened."
Lippman added that the family would have to work on rebuilding their relationship one day at the time.
He said: "Hopefully they can start to rebuild their lives. Their lives will never be the same. This case has destroyed everybody's reputation for the rest of their lives. Where we go from here I can't discuss that."

CASEY ANTHONY: THE MOMENT SHE WAS CLEARED

THIS is the amazing moment when Casey Anthony was found not guilty of the murder of her daughter, Caylee:

Clearly shaken, the one time party mom shed a few tears as the clerk of the court read the astonishing verdict that she was cleared of the murder.

Crowds gasped outside the courtroom as the 25-year-old mother was found not guilty of drugging her young daughter, suffocating her and dumping her body in overgrown woodland after a compelling six-week trial, which has seen a family torn apart by accusations of rape and incest.
Some are already calling it the most controversial court verdict since OJ Simpson was cleared of murdering his wife Nicole and her lover Ron Goldman.
Quite what now lies in store for the Anthony family remains to be seen, after her lawyers accused her father George of abusing her and dumping Caylee's body after she drowned in the family pool.
Her lawyer Jose Baez also implied that her brother Lee fathered Caylee.
In a statement they said: "While the family may never know what has happened to Caylee Marie Anthony, they now have closure for this chapter of their life. They will now begin the long process of rebuilding their lives.
"Despite the baseless defense chosen by Casey Anthony, the family believes that the jury made a fair decision based on the evidence presented, the testimony presented, the scientific information presented and the rules that were given to them by the Honourable Judge Perry to guide them.
"The family hopes that they will be given the time by the media to reflect on this verdict and decide the best way to move forward privately."

CASEY ANTHONY 'LIVED IN A FANTASY WORLD'

BORN LIAR
CASEY Anthony was 'raised to lie' and 'lived in a fantasy world' her own lawyer admitted, but that did not mean she killed her daughter Caylee he said.
The one time party mom's lead attorney Jose Baez  said the whole family was full of liars and that she had been taught to lie from an early age.
He said:  "Lies are what lives within this family. Casey Anthony was raised that way. Raised to lie. Is it a surprise she lived in a fantasy world?"
The he continued to point the finger at her father for the murder of the tragic tot.
Yet again he asked the court, why he never told anyone about how he had buried the family pets - wrapped in blankets, covered in a plastic bag and wrapped with tape before being buried in the backyard.

Both Casey's mother Cindy and brother  Lee testified to this, but George said he couldn't remember when asked about it, reports WKMG.
Baez also claimed that George Anthony was suicidal because police began to investigate him more than one month after Caylee's remains were found, reports the station.
Holding up his suicide note, he claimed that   the note was self-serving, for George Anthony to protect himself.
He also pointed out  that none of the ten law enforcement officers called he managed to link the DNA on Caylee's body to the duct tape found on Caylee's mouth, saying it does not sound right that Casey Anthony was smart enough to outwit forensics experts, but dumb enough to leave her daughter's body 19 feet off a road.
The case was expected to wrap up last week, but Baez's lengthy closing arguments meant it will go into this week.

CINDY ANTHONY 'LIED ON THE STAND' OLD BOSS REVEALS

LIAR
CASEY Anthony''s mom "lied on the stand" when she claimed it was here who had searched for 'chloroform' on the family's home computer, her former boss told the court yesterday.
In potentially explosive testimony, Cindy Anthony had appeared to blow a huge hole into the prosecution's theory that Casey had planned to subdue her daughter, but had ended up killing her with the knockout drug.
She told the court that she had snuck home from work and had been searching for Chlorophyll but had mistakenly ended up on websites for Chloroform.
She added t that 'neck breaking' had appeared on a pop up advert.
But her argument, which prosecutor's claimed she had made up in a desperate bid to protect her daughter, was dramatically undermined when her former boss told the Florida court she was still at work when the searches were made.
A chief compliance officer for Mrs Anthony's old company today produced records which showed she was still logged into her work computer on the afternoons she claimed to be conducting the internet searches at home.

John Camperlengo, of Gentiva Health Services, produced computer records which revealed somebody had used Mrs Anthony's username and password to log in early every morning and log out at around 4 or 5pm every evening the week she claimed she searched for chloroform at home.
Prosecutors also called Mrs Anthony's supervisor, Deborah Polisano, to the stand, who testified that records show Mrs Anthony was at work for ten hours on March 17 and nine-and-a-half hours on March 21, at the same time the chloroform searches were carried out on her home computer.
It's thought the case may wrap up next week, after the prosecution has called their rebuttal witnesses.

CASEY ANTHONY 'TOO UNRELIABLE' FOR THE STAND

TOO UNRELIABLE
CASEY Anthony's defense lawyers spent hours deliberating whether to put her on the stand but ultimately decided against allowing her to testify because she was "to unreliable."
A insider close to the legal team, led by Jose Baez said they thought long and hard and spent hours training their client for  possible last minute testimony, they felt that she may jeopardize their case too much if allowed to speak.
When the defense announced that they were going to be resting their case without putting Casey on the stand Judge Belvin Perry took a moment to ask the Florida mother if it was her decision not to testify.
"It was," she said, adding that she has had time to discuss the matter with her attorneys.
The source revealed: "Ultimately they decided that Casey was too much of a liability to be allowed into the witness box. She was just too unreliable."
"They knew that given half a chance the prosecution would tear into her and under pressure she may well have cracked, causing immeasurable damage to their case."
Instead Baez called Cindy and George Anthony to the stand for a fourth time, this time to ask them about the family's pet burial traditions reports WKMG.
Both admitted they had in the past, buried pets after their deaths in plastic bags wrapped with duct tape.
Two-year-old Caylee's body was found in a similar fashion.

CASEY ANTHONY'S PARENTS: 'WE THINK SHE'S GUILTY'

WHEN YOU lost mom and dad, you now you're in big trouble. In a shocking interview with CNN, the lawyer for the parents of Party Mom Casey Anthony said they think she's guilty but DO NOT want to see the swinging floozie get the death penalty for the sickening crime that has riveted the world.
Mark Lippman said of George and Cindy Anthony: "But this is important and they wanted me to stress this. They love her, they support her and they do not want her to get the death penalty and they will do all they can to avoid her getting the death penalty in this case."
Ah, but they may not have a say. Anthony, 25, is now on trial in Florida for first-degree murder in the brutal 2008 slaying of her 2-year-old daughter Caylee. If she is convicted, in all likelihood she will be frog marched to death row. Testimony is expected to continue today.

Her team continued calling witnesses yesterday on chemical testing etc., along with other scientific stuff that you can read about on CNN.
In their uphill battle to keep Anthony from receiving a ride on the needle (destination: Abyss) they have argued that Caylee drowned and that the Party Mom and her father panicked and hid body. According to George Anthony, that's just not so.
