FIRST it was porn queen Linda Lovelace, now it may be a victim of the Manson Family. But the question ‘Will Hollywood take back Lindsay Lohan?’ has finally been answered. Lohan, 24, also known as the Living Train Wreck, is awaiting her April trial for allegedly stealing a $2500 necklace. In the meantime, she’s been offered the role of Sharon Tate in an upcoming Charles Manson biopic.
“Eyes of a Dreamer” is being directed by Tyler Shields, who will star as Manson and produced by Brad Wyman, who previously created a true
crime film “Monster” (not starring Lohan despite what the title suggests).
Pretty blonde Tate was married to filmmaker and lover of all things underage Roman Polanski and was killed by Manson’s cult-family when she was almost nine months pregnant in 1969.
It has not been confirmed whether Lohan has accepted the offer. Given she has zip on her plate now except a likely stint in jail, she'll likely say yes.
Lohan was previously slated to star as the doomed Linda Lovelace in the film “Inferno” but withdrew because she thought the role would “put her back into a negative frame of mind”. If that’s the case, then she can probably blame “Herbie: Fully Loaded” for all of her current troubles.
