JORAN VAN DER SLOOT IS GOING TO BE A FATHER????

TRAGIC
BABY DADDY
DOUBLE murder suspect Joran van der Sloot is going to be daddy after getting his new girlfriend (yes we're wondering how too) pregnant behind bars, according to reports.
The prime suspect in the disappearance Alabama teen Natalee Holloway is currently in Peru's, Miguel Castro Jail awaiting trial for the murder and robbery of Stephany Flores in June 2010.
But that hasn't stopped the creepy Dutchman getting himself a new girl - who has not been identified - who has been visiting him in the Lima jail to do "chores" and bring him candy, according to the Atlanta Journal Constitution.
Then he uses the candy to run a 'lucrative' snack bar from his cell.It is believed that the girl worked at the casino which Stefany Flores was in the night van der Sloot allegedly murdered her by strangling and suffocating her.
He has admitted to the murder but has pleaded 'violent emotion' - which is typically used in Peru for crimes of passion.
Stephany Flores furious father, Ricardo has asked jail officials to investigate the conjugal visits.
After a recent court hearing he said he expected to see a 'miserable person' but instead was was shocked to see a 'fatso'.
A trial date has not been set.

JORAN VAN DER SLOOT'S LAWYER QUITS

FLORES
KILLER?
DOUBLE murder suspect Joran Van der Sloot's lawyer has given up on him and quit defending him against murder allegations in Peru - citing unspecified differences over strategy.
The prime suspect in the 2005 disappearance of Alabama teenager Natalee Holloway, has now been abandoned by his legal adviser in his murder case in the killing of 21-year-old Stephany Flores.
The pretty Peruvian's body was seen entering in in his hotel room, but never left.
His lawyer, Maximo Altez, however withdrew from the case saying: "I can not defend this case in the way he wants me to."

He refused to elaborate on his client, who he had been defending on a pro bono basis, although he made it clear that money was not a factor in his decision to quit.
He added: "I thought this case would be a good opportunity to show the world that in Peru detainees are abused, and the Peruvian justice system is very informal."
It's thought a public defender will be applied to the case.
Police say Van der Sloot took Flores' money and bank cards from her wallet and fled to Chile, where he was arrested a few days later, although they have yet to file formal charges against him.
Once the discovery phase of the case ends, prosecutors will file charges and a trial date will be set.

VAN DER SLOOT "BROKE & DESPERATE" BEFORE KILLING

TRAGIC
PRIME SUSPECT
DOUBLE murder suspect Joran Van der Sloot was broke and desperate and staying in a hotel room that he couldn't pay for before he murdered Stephany Flores a new tape has revealed.
The prime suspect in the murder of American teen Natalee Holloway called pal Stan Pluijmen to beg for cash, telling him his own mother and brother had turned him down.
They thought he would gamble it away on cards, rather than pay the bill at Lima’s TAC hotel where he had been for five days playing in a poker tournament.
During the forty four minutes the two talked about business plans that apparently involved $25,000 van der Sloot got from the Holloway family in exchange for information about Natalee’s fate reports WITA.
It had been just days shy of five years since Natalee disappeared on a graduation trip to Aruba where she was last seen leaving an Oranjestad bar with van der Sloot.
Van der Sloot never came across with any information after taking the Holloway’s money, which is why he faces U.S. charges of wire fraud and extortion handed down by a grand jury in Birmingham, Ala.
At some point over the next two days Van der Sloot met Stephany Flores a 21-year-old Peruvian student who had just won almost 1800 euros at the casino.
Hotel security cameras show the two of them going into van der Sloot’s room but she never came out.
Van der Sloot claimed they argued after she saw Natalee-related material on his laptop and he killed her during an argument in the heat of the moment.
If prosecutors accept a plea bargain on manslaughter, van der Sloot could serve as little as three years.
His trial is expected within two months.
