A THREE-year-old girl has been placed into the hands of a sex offender by a Florida judge. 
Miranda Wilkerson was being cared for by her grandmother but now a judge has awarded custody to her father even though court records show he pleaded guilty to a sex crime involving a child under 16 and was ordered to register as a sex offender.
Her grandmother Rita Manning, who had previously been awarded custody is outraged at the decision.
She told WJXX: "She's been with me since she drew breath. Her whole world is here. How could a judge do that?"
She explained that Donald Coleman also 38 when impregnated her daughter Trista Crews Coleman, when she was just 14-years-old. 
But she later gave her blessing to the pair being married because her daughter was pregnant at the time and they had three children together.  
Court records show however that during this time Coleman was charged with at least one count of domestic violence.
However in 2005, her daughter left her husband and he later filed for divorce, claiming she had been impregnated by another man, with Miranda. 
 Sadly before it could go through her Crews Coleman died in a car accident and Manning applied for and won custody of young Miranda. 
But now a judge has reversed the decision, something Manning has vowed to fight. 
She tells Miranda: "Nana is doing everything she can so you don't got to leave me..and I won't let go." 
Miranda's biological father has also hired an attorney to try and get Miranda out of the sex offender's home.

MOMMY WEIRDEST: NY WOMAN'S BIZARRE WAR ON EX

A LONG ISLAND mom's venom-fueled campaign to destroy her ex-husband has backfired. Lawyer Mark Musachio was given custody of his two daughters, 11 and 13, after a judge ruled his whacko estranged wife was behind a bizarre smear campaign.
Annmarie Musachio apparently plastered their town with stickers slamming her hubby. At one point in the couple's  7-year war, his  apartment complex was covered with stickers that read: "Attorney Mark Musachio is a deadbeat dad! He drives a Hummer and his 4 kids have to eat at the food pantry."
When he saw the stickers, Musachio -- who later sold the Hummer -- told the New York Post: "My mouth fell open. I couldn't believe it." He
has never been behind on child-support payments.
Judge Carol MacKenzie said Annmarie's claims she knew nothing about the campaign was "incredible"or that she knew nothing about her pals showing up at custody hearings was also "ludicrous."
Finally, MacKenzie added that the barking mad mommy tried to brainwash her children with a litany of lies about their dad. Final verdict? No kids until mommy sees a headshrinker "which this court concludes she badly needs." 

JOANNA HAYES DISGUISED AS A MAN WHEN SHE KILLED

A FLASH of recognition and then dark. A bizarre Georgia murder trial is showing just how far some people will go for their family. Cops in suburban Atlanta say Joanna Hayes went way over the line.
Heather Strube was engaged in a bitter custody with her estranged hubby Steven when a "man" in the parking lot of a Target store put a gun to the terrified mom's head and pulled the trigger.
Now, prosecutors say that "man" was Joanna Hayes in disguise and bent on bloodshed. This week, her son Steven testified against her and jurors heard a
recording of him asking her: "why did you do it?" Of course, now he says kindly old mom would never do such a thing.
The couple were battling over their 18-month-old son Carson in April 2009. They had agreed to switch the child in the parking lot of the store in Snellville. After he gave her the child, the killer struck.
DA Christa Kirk said: "This person pulls out a gun, places it on Heather's forehead, and shoots her. The defendant, she didn't like Heather. She didn't want Heather to have custody of Carson in the divorce."
And one witness said in the seconds before Heather was shot, it was clear she knew her killer.

"The woman recognized this person...surprised to run into them in the parking lot. They weren't expecting someone to be there, but kind of look at them with a little bit of shock," Kiersten Rom testified. "I heard a popping noise and then the woman that was standing by the car clutched her stomach and then collapsed to the ground."
