TOT ASKS COPS: "DID YOU FIND MOMMY'S WEED?"

I COULD USE A FATTY NOW
KIDS say the darndest things! Especially when their parents are suspected bit players in the drug world. Texas cops say they were interrogating a woman on some outstanding warrants when she began acting all weird and antsy.
This prompted her precocious 3-year-old son to spill the beans about his mommy’s secret hobby and very special friend. Mom's slim credibility tanked when the little snitch asked cops if they had “found his mom’s weed." Bad to worse, right?
Johnisha Terry, 22, was pulled over by cops and suddenly became
anxious and grabbed something at her feet. Taking a closer look they found mommy's reefer scattered around the floor of the car. The mother has been charged with tampering with evidence and possession of marijuana.

BIG EASY COPS JAILED IN KATRINA SLAYING

THE LEVY has finally broken for a duo of racist New Orleans cops. The two officers were charged with murdering a man in the wake the catastrophic Hurricane Katrina. Officers David Warren, left in photo, and Greg McRae were slammed with sentences of 25 and 17 years respectively for their horrific abuse of power.
The cops fired at Henry Glover, 31, when they saw him heading towards their police station with an unidentified object in his hand.
Witnesses took Glover under their wing and drove him to a local school in search of help. Unfortunately, what they found was more police
brutality. Cops at the school pummeled the innocent do-gooders, ditching the school with Glover’s body in tow. McRae later drove the car with Glover’s corpse back to the police station and torched it to conceal evidence.
A federal probe showed that the New Orleans Police Department was a sexist and racist operation. The feds found that these cops were arresting, abusing, and in this case, murdering people based on race and sexual orientation. And they wonder why citizens don’t trust cops in the Big Easy.

5 BROWNS FATHER " A PEDOPHILE"; JAILED 10 YRS.

ABUSED
THE father of renowned piano group The 5 Browns was branded "a pedophile" and sentenced to at least 10-years behind bars by a Utah judge.
Keith Brown, 55, admitted that he sexually abused his three daughters, who along with his two sons make up the group whose albums have topped the classical music charts and who have appeared on "Oprah," "60 Minutes" and other programs.
Brown's three daughters Desirae, 32, Deondra, 30, and Melody, 26 reported the abuse to Lone Peak police last year after learning that their father planned to begin working with other young musicians.

They had previously severed professional ties with their one time manager, who pleaded guilty in February to one felony count of sodomy of a child and two felony counts of sexual abuse of a child.

Fourth District Judge David Mortensen called the 55-year-old  "a danger to society," as he sentenced him to 10 years to life on the first count, and 15 years to life for each of the others, to run concurrently.
He said: "I do believe, sir, that you are a pedophile, and I do believe that you are a danger to society."
Brown chose to enter the plea to bring a quick resolution to the case and did not want to "exacerbate the harm" by dragging out the proceedings, his lawyer, Steven Shapiro said.
He added: "I think every step that he has taken in this process has been geared towards taking responsibility for what he's done."
Kimball Thomson, a spokesman for group said: "The girls don't want to make any statements about the case right now."

MEET THE WORLD'S DUMBEST BANKROBBERS

BRAINS
GENIUS
WEAPON'S? Check. Bank cased? Check. Getaway Car? Check. Masks? Er.....
They had it all planned, but they forgot one crucial thing - something to disguise themselves with.
So they walked into the Brookville, FLA bank armed with a hand grenade and threatened to throw it unless the teller handed over the cash.
They got some money and then ran from the bank, escaping in a "newish"
white Dodge Charger.
So the plan seemed to have worked, except they didn't wear masks and their pictures were picked up clear as day on the bank's CCTV system.
One cop laughed: "I shouldn't think it will take us too long to find these guys. After all they've not exactly disguised themselves very well."
As you can see"

GIRLS GONE WILD FOUNDER FRANCIS: CONTEMPT-IBLE

CONTEMPT-IBLE
GIRLS Gone Wild founder Joe Francis is being held in contempt of court in a civil case brought against him by four young women who were filmed by his crew when they were underage.
Despite earning an estimated $5 million a year from the franchise which gives out baseball caps, t-shirts, shorts or a cap to attractive women who agree to expose themselves, the media mogul is representing himself in the Panama City, FLA court.
And his inexperience in courtroom procedure has be shown up, as Judge Richard Smoak has repeatedly scolded him for his attitude.

He also had to instruct Francis on how to cross examine a plaintiff, telling him:  "Everything you say needs to have a question mark after it," according to WMBB.
Francis replied saying, "I'm going to make it like Jeopardy, your honor."
Unimpressed by the seedy sexual video make the judge ruled he was in contempt for violating an evidentiary rule during cross examination of a witness and ended Francis' cross examination of that witness immediately.
He was fined $2,500 for contempt of court.
It's not the first time the 37-year-old has been in legal.
In March he was convicted on child abuse and prostitution charges after pleading no contests in a plea bargain.
He also pleaded guilty to charges related to having contraband in his cell during the time he was held in jail and was sentenced to time served 339 days and more than $60,000 in fines and costs.
He was also sued for $2million by Wynn resorts for an unpaid gambling debt.
