BAD baseball legend Barry Bonds threatened to cut off his mistress's head and leave it in a ditch because of his rampant steroid abuse, a court heard yesterday. 
Kimberly Bell tearfully testified that the slugger also threatened to "tear out my breast implants because he had paid for them," and that he had admitted to taking the performance enhancing drugs during their nine year relationship.
Her explosive testimony prosecutor's say, proves that the former Giants star lied about steroid abuse during grand jury testimony in 2003, when the Bay Area Laboratory Co-Operative was being investigated.
The head of the company pleaded guilty to supplying pro athletes with the drug. 
Bell told San Francisco's US District court that Bonds admitted to her
that he was using steroids when she asked him about an injury to his elbow.
She recalled: "He said it was because of the steroids, because it somehow caused the muscle and tendons to grow faster than the joint could handle, it sort of blew out."
She added that his testicles took an ‘unusual shape’ and that his sexual performance declined over their relationship and that he ‘had trouble keeping an erection.’
In evidence that prosecutors all claim prove steroid abuse she said that the ball player’s body changed shape and his mood shifted during over the time they were together.
"He was just increasingly aggressive, irritable, agitated, very impatient - almost violent. It was emotional and verbal to at one point physical," she told the court. 
She added that Bonds grew and shaved off chest hair and developed acne on his back.
Bonds' attorney Cristina Arguedas attempted to paint former Playboy model Bell as an opportunist who profited off of their relationship.
She admitted that she received $100,000 from the magazine and did a number of interviews as well as inking a lucrative book deal.
San Francisco Giants clubhouse manager Mike Murphy took the stand and stated that Bonds needed a larger hat during the 2002 season.
Head growth is another side effect of use of human growth hormone.
Bonds is accused of four counts of making false statements and one of obstruction, but the  home run record holder has pleaded not guilty to the charges that he lied to the court about knowingly using steroids.

CLUCKING HELL! MAN SUES FOR FOWL ROOSTER ATTACK

A MAN who claims he was attacked by a rooster is crying fowl and suing  a surburban animal center for more $50,000 because the bird "repeatedly pecked his right leg.
Mark Lovett says he was putting he was putting up a fence at the Big Run Wolf Ranch in Lockport, Illinois TWO YEARS AGO when the fearless fowl struck.
Apparently it caused him "great pain and anguish, both in mind and body," according to the lawsuit filed in Will County circuit court this week.
His claim adds hat the bird was "not provoked" before it plunged in it's beak, but he doesn't detail the exact injuries caused by the bird.  
It's not the first time that a personal injury lawsuit his been launched after an
angry bird struck.
A woman filed a similar lawsuit in Massachusetts in 2007 alleging a rooster had attacked her when she tried to buy some eggs from a roadside stand.

BAD TIPPER MURDERED MOCKING CAR WASH WORKER

A NOTORIOUSLY bad tipping car wash customer shot dead a Chicago car wash worker who told him was just that. Tightwad Marcus Gordon, 40, was arrested on the weekend in the ridiculous August 6 slaying of Cesar Rosales. Mr. Cheap--also known as 'Shorty G' as in 'G, I'm short. I have no money for a tip'--took his Toyota Camry in for a wash. But the crew refused to dry the car because he was soooooo cheap in the past. What does a tightwad do? Gets his gun and shoots his tormentor to death.
Before Rosales died, he "stumbled into the store and made a dying declaration that the guy they had fought with earlier came back for him, came back to kill him."

Rosales’ girlfriend, Luz Montanez, told the Sun-Times “God is good!”
when she learned Gordon had been arrested and charged. Rosales “lived for his eight children” who are aged 12 to 20 and live in his homeland of Guatemala, she said. Rosales emigrated in 2001 and worked as a welder but took on extra work at the car wash so he could send money to Guatemala, she said.

“He worked for tips,” Montanez said. “There were no wages other than tips.”

Rosales had complained to her previously about a couple of difficult customers who refused to tip, she said.

“His family will be so happy to hear they have caught someone.”

NYPD BAFFLED IN HUNT FOR KILLERS OF DJ MEGATRON

COPS in the Big Apple are hunting the killer of up and coming BET personality DJ Megatron. The 32-year-old rap personality was gunned down early Sunday morning outside his Staten Island home. The performer--whose real name is Corey McGriff--was pronounced dead at the scene around 2 a.m., when he normally finished work at a club or concert. So far, the NYPD is admitting they have zip, zero, nada as far as leads go. The former HOT 97 star had just moved into a new home with a gal who recently gave birth to their third child.

His mentor Fatman Scoop said: "He was one of the people whose lives
I influenced, and to see this happen is very hurtful. I want to know why? And who did it? And for what?"

Cops say John Gallagher, 19, was arrested for burglary and unlawful entry after stealing the underwear from Platte County High School in Missouri.  Cops say Gallagher climbed into the school through an unlocked window and went into both boys’ and girls’ lockers. When he found the underwear and had joyfully masturbated, he disposed of the garments in an empty locker.

But this wasn’t the first time Gallagher committed this little number—cops say he had busted into the school 11 different times according to security footage. What tipped off teachers wasn’t the security camera, though. Officials started getting suspicious when a
boy discovered a used condom tied to his sneaker in the locker room. Students had also earlier reported that they had chased an unidentified man, wearing a FedEx uniform, out of the boys’ locker room. After cops contacted FedEx about the sleazy man parading in their uniform, they were able to determine his identity: Gallagher the undie sniffer.

Gallagher is currently being held on a $5000 bond in the Platte County Jail. If he’s convicted of the burglary charge, he could face up to seven years in the slammer.

IT'S NOT the type of anniversary you celebrate. Karen Wilson, 48 if she's still alive, disappeared without a trace nearly three decades ago near her university campus in Colinie, NY.
The pretty brunette, a senior political science major at the University of Albany, vanished two months from graduation. After planning a trip to Florida, Wilson had called her roommate, letting her know she was on her way home for dinner, and decided to take a stroll down Fuller Avenue to get back to her dorm. She was never seen again.
Like her father Taylor, a high-ranking Air Force officer, Wilson was hunting for a
career in the foreign service, having completed an internship at the State Assembly. Cops around the country have tirelessly tracked leads on the case since Wilson’s disappearance 26 years ago. Though the investigation hasn’t brought much luck, cops say that the case remains open. Unfortunately, forensic experts have said that there is very little to work on and that there is absolutely no crime scene or traces of DNA left behind. And with no eyewitnesses to help point law enforcement in the right direction, the case may only get colder.
The Cold Case Unit reopened the case in 2009, sending out a statewide request asking for information. This led to some new tips that suggested Wilson might have been involved with ex State Sen. Ronald Stafford, but this too came to nothing.She was 5’3” and weighed 114 lbs. A Caucasian female, she had brown hair, brown eyes and possibly wore glasses.  She was last seen in faded blue Levi jeans, a light blue short-sleeved pullover Izod golf shirt, three-quarter length cream-colored women’s raincoat, white sneakers, a size 5 1/5, 14-carat yellow gold ring with light blue stone, a Seiko watch with a black face, plastic earrings and a yellow and white two-strand necklace.
