A CRAZY shooting ended up with two members of the same family injured in what cops are calling an "bizarre accident."
Walking back to his house Allen Jones took his fell over with his .40 handgun blasting himself in the leg.
But when his Aleisha who came to his aid their two-year-old son ran out with her picked up the weapon and brandished it at them.
As his mother struggled to get the gun from him, he shot her in the neck.
Cops think the boy probably thought it was toy.  
Major Anthony Lowery of Alabama's where else Baldwin County Sheriff's said: "The story sounds a little bizarre perhaps.

"But the scene according to investigators matches that story. The story is very consistent with the evidence that was recovered; both the physical evidence and the neighbor's statements."
Both parents are expected to be okay after receiving treatment at the USA Medical Center in Mobile.
No one will be charged at this time, but Allen Jones could have his pistol permit revoked.
Major Lowery said the incident should serve as a reminder: be careful when handling a gun.

TAXI TO JAIL: BANK ROBBER HIRES GETAWAY CAB

WHERE YA GOIN'?

A CRAZY robber held up a bank and used a taxi as a getaway car according to Pittsburgh cops.
Arriving in the PNC branch in the cab he allegedly told the driver to wait outside while he went insider and then give him a ride when he came out.
What he didn't tell him was that he was going to hold it up.
Seemingly without a care in The World he casually handed a note to the teller, saying he had a gun and wanted money, which the teller duly handed over.
After that he got back in the cab and told the driver, who was
completely unaware as to what had just happened to go.  
What the thief hadn't bargained on was the teller including a red dye pack with the undisclosed amount of cash, which exploded in the cab a few blocks away from the bank.
So he told the driver to stop, got out with some of the money and boarded a bus, which is where cops caught up with him, tasering him and taking him into custody. 
The robbery suspect has not been identified yet, although he'll probably have more than a red face when his identity is revealed.

THAT shoe hurt! An open-mouthed stage-door Johnny and an overzealous stripper can be a recipe for disaster. Just ask ill-fated Jake Quagliaroli, 34, of Indianapolis. Our Jake was peaceably enjoying a performance at PT's Showclub--a strip joint--in Lawrence, Indiana when tragedy struck and he was hit in the mouth by a shoe flying off a dancer's foot.

"He was hit by a stiletto with a very solid heel. When he was hit, he was bleeding from the mouth," said Jonathan Little, Quagliaroli's mouthpiece.

The shoe came off during a pole dance hitting Jake in the face minutes after getting money out of an ATM.

His ambulance chaser lawyer said: "He has quite a significant amount of dental work that needs to be done. He has veneers right now and he's possibly going to need a root canal. His dentist said the treatment he has right now is a temporary fix."

We call it an accident but not Jake. To him, it's "battery and negligence." PT's had no comment on this preposterous serious matter.

TWO WOMEN BUSTED IN GRUESOME GALLUP SLAYING

GALLUP, New Mexico cops have arrested two women in the grisly slaying of Colleen Lincoln, 18, following the sickening discovery of bones and a fractured skull.
Cops say Lincoln had been missing since before the Christmas holidays but her remains were only discovered in a wash Feb. 16. Charged are Larita Smith, 21, and a 17-year-old minor.
Detectives believe Lincoln was lured to a popular drinking spot by three women where they tried to rob her.

“At this time, we have two of the young females in custody," Chief Deputy District Attorney James Bierly said.  "We're still searching for the third and hope to have her in custody before too long."

Detectives say the trio wanted Lincoln’s shoes, money and cell phone and
thought she may have had drugs on her. Like in many of these cases, she didn't.

One of the women used a large rock to smash Lincoln’s skull. Hours later, two of the women went to a  gas station to fill up a gas can and returned to the body, dragged it farther into the hills and then doused it before setting it ablaze. According to court records, they later found the corpse being eaten by dogs.
Smith and the two other suspects will be charged with murder, conspiracy to commit robbery, and two counts of conspiracy.

ESPN STAR'S WIFE: "I'M NOT A VICTIM OF ABUSE"

ESPN star writer Howard Bryant can breathe easy: his wife is standing by him. The author and talking head was arrested and charged in what cops call "a violent domestic attack" outside a Massachusetts pizza shop.

But Veronique Bryant tells the Boston Herald: “I’m not a victim of abuse — never been. Not now. Not ever. They (cops) immediately started to use force on Howard. They didn’t even ask what was going on. We were sitting in the car together and there was not a fight going on at that moment. The witnesses overreacted."

Bryant, 42, pleaded not guilty to domestic assault and battery, assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest. He was released on personal
recognizance. Bryant is also denying fisticuffs.
“I did put my hands on her. I did not physically assault her. We had a spat like married couples do,” he said of their nine year marriage. But witnesses are singing a different tune, cops say.
