AN ILLINOIS judge has ruled on a number of key components in the sensational Marni Yang murder trial set to begin today in Lake County. AMONG THEM:
* A claim that ex-Bear Shaun Gayle pushed his pregnant girlfriend weeks before her 2007 slaying won’t be presented.
* Judge Christopher Stride also ruled the jury won't hear that Gayle pressured gal pal Rhoni Reuter to have abortions in two prior pregnancies.
* Stride did allow jurors to see photos of Reuters "bullet-riddled unborn daughter."
* According to the Chicago Sun-Times, Stride also again denied requests that Yang, 43, be allowed to wear makeup during the trial and have her long, graying hair cut and dyed.
Her attorneys have contended that her appearance otherwise makes her look
“like a crazy woman.”
Obsessed Yang is charged with Reuter, 42, on Oct. 4, 2007 because she was jealous of the woman's relationship with Gayle. When Reuter was shot to death in her Deerfield home, she was seven months pregnant with a child she and Gayle already had named Skylar Reyne.

Yang claims she was involved in a torrid sexual relationship with Gayle. he says nonsense.

OH, AND HOLD the mice. That could be the desperate order for one Pennsylvania pizza parlor pooh bah. In a bizarre case that cops are calling "food terrorism"  it's not hard to see why.
Investigators in Upper Darby, PA. say Nikolas Galiatsatos, 47, owner of Nina's Bella Pizzeria walked into arch-rival Verona Pizza carrying a bag. He asked to used the washroom.
But when Fanis Facas, the owner went to check he found tiny footprints
on the toilet and a bag in the ceiling. At first, the small town coppers thought the bag was part of a drug deal. But then they found several mice.
 Galiatsatos was then seen walking across the street to another rival's, Uncle Nick's Pizza. Cops say after he left the second pizza place they discovered another bag containing five living mice. Another one was dead in the trash.
He was arrested and now faces charges of criminal mischief, disorderly conduct, harassment and cruelty to animals.
Police Superintendent Michael Chitwood said Nina's Bella Pizzeria had only been opened for a short time. It wasn't doing well, which may have motivated Galiatsatos to sabotage nearby pizza parlors.

"We believe that he's trying to put the competitive pizza places out of business," Chitwood said.

FACEBOOK SCAMMERS POSING AS DEAD SOLDIERS

FACEBOOK scammers are stealing the identities of dead soldiers and using them to scam victims for cash in a disgusting new scheme.
The swindlers set up fake profiles, some using stolen photo's and then they contact their victims - mainly vulnerable women.
After gaining their trust they then ask for money, often pretending to be in bad situation's to tug on the heartstrings even more.
Some women have lost tens of thousands of dollars, in one case $25,000 as a result of these schemes, although authorities fear that the reported crimes may well be just the tip of the iceberg.
Web security expert Alex Burke said: "Who wouldn't respond to someone claiming to a serviceman who said: "I just want to talk.

"They're skilled manipulators, telling people that they're in bad situations, that they love them, anything they can to lure people in.  
"More often than not these people are from Russia, The Philippines and of course Nigeria. The moment they ask for money, you shouldn't walk away from it, you should run from.
"My advice would be that if it seems to good to be true, it probably is."
Facebook said: There is nothing more important to us than the safety and security of the people who use Facebook. It is a violation of our policies to impersonate someone and we disable fake accounts when they're reported to us.

JAYCEE DUGARD'S CAPTORS GIVE FULL CONFESSIONS

THE Twisted couple who kept Jaycee Dugard as a sex slave for almost 20-years have given full confessions to authorities their lawyer has revealed. 
Phillip and Nancy Garrido  answered dozens of questions about the 18-years they held the girl in what amounted to a: "full confession," when questioned by cops last month. 
The revelation came as prosecutors and defense lawyers have opened negotiations on a possible plea deal with the defendants that would avert the need for a trial.
Attorney Stephen Tapson, who represents defendant Nancy Garrido said: "Essentially they confessed to kidnapping and told where all the bodies are buried."
They acknowledged snatching Dugard, then 11, from a South Lake Tahoe street then answered dozens of questions about the 18 years they spent with her and
her two daughters fathered by defendant Phillip Garrido, Tapson said.
Nancy Garrido, 55, has pleaded not guilty to 18 felony counts that include false imprisonment, rape and child pornography.
Her husband had been scheduled to enter a plea Monday, but his lawyer, Deputy Public Defender Susan Gellman, asked to postpone the arraignment until March 17.
She would not confirm or deny the confession, but prosecutors have proposed sentencing Phillip Garrido to 440 years in prison and his wife to more than 241 years.

THE man who shocked the World when he gunned down RFK is expected to tell his latest parole board hearing that he "can't remember" the killing. Sirhan Bishara Sirhan changed the course of American history when he unloaded his pistol into the popular senator  moments after he'd claimed victory in the California presidential primary.
But now the man who once said he committed "with 20 years of malice aforethought," is expected to say again that he can't remember the crime.

His attorney William F. Pepper, the man who also represented Martin Luther
King's killer James Earl Ray said: "There is no doubt he does not remember the critical events.
"He is not feigning it. It's not an act. He does not remember it."
Sirhan Sirhan was originally sentenced to death but that was commuted to life in prison when the U.S. Supreme Court briefly outlawed the death penalty in 1972.
In an interview with AP he said  Sirhan been examined several times by psychologist Daniel Brown of Harvard University, an expert in hypnosis of trauma victims.
"There have been substantial breakthroughs," he told them.
As a result he believes: "that this guy did not kill Bob Kennedy," but would not elaborate on who he thought had.
Pepper also suggested that Sirhan was "hypno-programmed," turning him into a virtual "Manchurian Candidate," acting robot-like at the behest of evil forces who then wiped his memory clean. 
If released he would be the first political assassin to achieve parole in the US and one of the few high profile prisoners in California to win their freedom.
The board will look at his prison record - believed to be spotless - the length of time served and whether he shows remorse for the killing, before deciding his fate.

A DISGUSTING fake psychologist persuaded mothers across America to sexually assault their kids as a form of therapy, then send him the images of the attacks, cops say.
Posing as Dalton St Clair, Steven Demink targeted single mothers, telling them that sexual acts with their kids would help their development.
Then he got them to e-mail the disgusting images or stream the abuse online of the abuse on the kids who's ages range from three to 15 online.

Coercing them with his fake medical expertise, he posted pictures of male models and pretended to be a single father of a 14-year-old girl as part of his elaborate hoax. 
He even promised to date one woman if she abused her child. 
A court document said: "Demink intimated to these women that the result of the therapy would be healthier children."
Prosecutors say one Oregon woman engaged in sexually explicit conduct with her autistic son  while he watched on a web camera, after he told her it would teach him about sex.   
Rebecca Nail of New Hampshire was also lured into his disgusting deceit and has pleaded guilty producing child pornography which carries a possible sentence of 15 to 30 years in prison.
She will be sentenced in March.
Florida based Candice Miller has pleaded not guilty to five counts on the same charge and prosecutors say Demink is also linked to four other mothers in Indiana, Georgia, Illinois and Oregon.
Demink pleaded guilty in federal court on six charges related to the sexual exploitation of children and faces 15 years to life in prison when he is sentenced in June.

DEADLY DOCTOR GETS LIFE IN REVENGE BOMBING

A DEADLY doctor who bombed the Arkansas Medical Board's chief in a near fatal revenge attack has been been sentenced to life behind bars.
Furious that he'd been banned from prescribing drugs Randeep Mann attached a huge explosive device to Dr. Trent Pierce's car outside his West Memphis home.
The massive blast failed to kill his intended target but left him blind in one eye and with limited vision in the other, and deaf in one ear.
The force of the bomb also severed his olfactory nerve, taking away his sense of smell.
Pierce who continues to be Medical Board chief said Mann had carried out his attack in: "Revenge for decisions I participated in on the Medical Board," adding that he aimed at intimidating other members.
He added: "People who serve the common good should have no fear."


Mann, who ran a pain clinic in Russellville, had his license to prescribe narcotics removed after some of patients overdosed.
Deciding Dr Pierce was to blame he rigged a grenade inside his spare tire in the hope of exacting the ultimate revenge.
Arrested about a month after the February 2009 bombing on weapons charges cops found nearly 100 grenades and a tremendous cache of machine guns and ammunition, though almost all of the firearms were legally registered.
His defense lawyers vowed to appeal and insisted on their client's innocence on charges including using a weapon of mass destruction with intent to kill during the hearing in U.S. District Court in Little Rock.
It is not known whether he plans to appeal.
