MINNESOTA VIKINGS DEFENSIVE END ATTACKS COP

Supposed to be on defense.
HE'S best known for his defensive qualities, but Minnesota Vikings rookie Everson Griffen has been busted for attacking a Cop.
The linesman was arrested in for assaulting an officer during traffic stop by LA cops, his second in three days after he was hauled in for being intoxicated in public on Friday.
Officers had to use a taser to subdue the rowdy former University of Southern California star after he became "uncooperative and tried to run from officers" according to Police spokeswoman Karen Rayner.
He apparently failed to show identification to officers before attempting to flee on foot, according to celebrity gossip site TMZ

Rayner says when officers caught up with the rookie, he assaulted an officer and a Taser was used to take him into custody.
Griffen entered the 2010 NFL draft as a junior, and was selected by Minnesota in the fourth round, after playing for USC from 2007 to 2009.
He posted a $50,000 bail and was released from a Los Angeles jail Tuesday morning, according to the L.A. County Sheriff's jail Web site and is expected to appear in court Feb. 25.
Vikings spokesman Jeff Anderson said Tuesday that the organization is looking into the incident.

He was shirtless and had been stabbed in the chest. He was taken to hospital where he was pronounced dead. Cops arrested his wife, Shawntina, 39. But Shawntina went ballistic when she discovered the hickey on his neck and shanked him with a cooking knife.
The couple had two young children. She has pleaded not guilty.

DID LOVE RAT LAWYER WANT WIFE WHACKED?

Yvonne Stern, left, love rat hubby Jeffrey, right
WOW! WHAT A MESS! A prominent Texas lawyer charged with hiring gunsels to whack his socialite wife will turn himself in today. Jeffrey Stern was indicted last week on the alleged murder-for-hire conspiracy. The cheeky accused killer even asked the DA if the whole matter could be put off... until
The impatient other woman
after this weekend when his son has his Bar Mitzvah.
The conspiracy and all its entanglements was TEXAS-SIZED. COPS SAY:
* Stern got his mistress, Michelle Gaiser, to arrange the murder of his wife Yvonne last spring.
* Yvonne was shot in the stomach May 5--but survived.
* On April 15, someone fired a bullet through the window of the couple's suburban Houston home.
* She was also targeted in a drive-by shooting last February.
* Stern is the fifth person charged in a case cops are calling "complicated."
* Nhut Nguyen, James Lowery and Richard Gutierrez have been charged in the case, as well.
Nguyen is charged with aggravated assault in connection with the shooting on April 15.
Prosecutors have characterized Gutierrez as the "middle man" in the plot, saying he was offered $20,000 by Gaiser to have Yvonne Stern killed, then approached his brother about the hit.
Stern has admitted the affair but denied wanting his wife dead. Yvonne filed for divorce last year. Reason? Adultery, natch. Recently the pair have been spotted and pals say "appeared very much in love."
Yvonne said through her lawyer:
"On behalf of her family, Mrs. Stern would like everyone to respect their privacy as this matter unfolds.Mrs. Stern and her family continue to firmly believe in their father’s innocence and will stand beside him throughout this process," attorney Chip Lewis said.

MOM BUSTED IN BABY'S 1957 COLD CASE MURDER

JUSTICE'S LONG arm reached from the grave and arrested a Michigan woman in the March 1, 1957 murder of her six-month-old baby girl. Ruby Klokow was busted Monday after Sheboygan cold case cops reopened the probe. Klokow, 74, will make her initial court appearance Wednesday in Sheboygan Co. Circuit Court.
Cops say that although the death was considered suspicious in 1957, no charges were ever filed.
In 2008, one of Klokow's sons came forward with information that his mother might have been involved in Jeaneen Klokow's death. The body was exhumed and another autopsy was performed.
Her mother told cops the child died in an "accidental fall" from a sofa.
The shocking results  of the autopsy did not match Klokow's story of the
child falling.
Klokow was re-interviewed and confessed to her role in the baby's death. The child allegedly was thrown against a piece of furniture, causing the fatal injuries, Veeser said.
Police are recommending a charge of second-degree murder. The case will be prosecuted using the law in effect at the time.

WTF? TEXAS TEEN FINED $637 FOR SWEARING

WTF?
TEXAN teen Victoria Mullins is cursing her foul mouth after being fined $637 for using bad language in a high school classroom.
Now the 17-year-old has had to take on a waitressing job to pay the fine for disorderly conduct and abusive language.
Court records show show that teacher Michelle Lene heard Victoria Mullins say "you trying to start [expletive]!" loudly in class one day last October.
Mullins admitted it was wrong on her part, explaining: “A kid who is really obnoxious, starts stuff with everyone and always gets on my
nerves was bothering me.”
Sent to to the principals office she was given lunch detention and told to: "watch her mouth" so she thought it was the end of it.

But the next day, the school resource officer presented the North Mesquite High School student a ticket.
The Dallas Morning News reports that the original fine, for disorderly conduct/abusive language, was $340, but other charges were added, including failure to show for a hearing.
The complaint said Lene was offended, and that Mullins' language was a breach of the peace.
School district spokesman Ian Halperin said the incident should be a reminder to parents: "To do something."
He added: "There’s a way to handle it to mitigate these situations before you get to this point."

CANADIAN PEDO WAS RUNNING THAI BOY BROTHEL

Disgusting
TWISTED Canadian pedophile John Wrenshall was sentenced to 25-years behind bars for running a Thai brothel that provided boys, some as young as four, to fellow child abusers.
John Wrenshall admitted to using his home in Thailand's capital, Bangkok to host foreign visitors, who would pay him for sex with his young victims.
The sick 64-year-old would also let his clients film and photograph their abuse.
He pleaded guilty to charges of conspiracy to engage in sex tourism, conspiracy to produce child pornography and distribution of child pornography, said the U.S. Attorney's Office in Newark, New Jersey.
He was extradited to America after being busted in London's Heathrow Airport in December 2008.

U.S. Attorney Paul Fishman said: "John Wrenshall created a place where innocent children were sexually brutalized as a vacation pastime.
"It is fitting that a man who has condemned children to live with unimaginable scars for his pleasure and profit should spend decades of his own life in a prison cell."

Wrenshall was also accused of personally abusing the boys to prepare them for customers.
He was indicted after it was discovered that New Jersey man, Wayne Nelson Corliss had traveled to Thailand where he was photographed sexually abusing several Thai boys.
Corliss was identified after a sanitized version of one of the photographs was publicly released by INTERPOL, the international police organization.
Two of Wrenshall's other U.S. clients, both from Alabama, have also been convicted and sentenced to prison on sex tourism charges for their patronage of his brothel.
